MEDIA, P.A. – American Student Transportation Partners, a portfolio company of Baltimore-based Access Holdings, announced the acquisition of more than 300 routes and vehicles from Brandywine Transportation, Inc., a leading provider of student transportation in eastern Pennsylvania.

“We’re excited about continuing to expand our business in eastern Pennsylvania,” says Tod Eskra, President of ASTP. “Brandywine’s operations will merge into our Krise Transportation business, which continues to grow and deliver great service across the state.”

For the past 30 years, Brandywine has served the student transportation needs of
communities in eastern Pennsylvania.
