MEDIA, PA – AUGUST 2, 2023 – American Student Transportation Partners, Inc. (ASTP), a national network of safe, reliable student transportation providers, is pleased to announce that Adam Kane has joined the team as Director of Corporate Development. Adam will be responsible for driving topline growth by forging mutually beneficial relationships with top-tier student transportation providers. 

Most recently, Adam served as Senior Director and Head of Strategy and Corporate Development for McCormick & Company, where he led strategy and acquisition for the Americas region. Previous to that, he worked for The Hershey Company as Director, M&A and Global Analytics, building best-in-class M&A processes and creating long-term, strategic value for the company.

Adam holds an MBA from West Chester University with a specialization in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Finance, from West Virginia University.
